i had applied for the wireless connection of tikona ISP .i had made payment of rs 500 as installation charges and was supposed to get connection within 24 hours.but there is no installation untilnow.i have complained on their toll free number about 20 to 22 times but no response is till now form their side.their local representatives are behaving so rudely and are not picking up my phone or either disconnectiong my number.i needed this connnection very urgent and have preferred it over other networks.i have been suffering professional losses and acedamic losses due to their this rude and lazy approach and they are always telling me that installation will take place within 24 hours when every time i complain.but it has been over an month.i lost my important mails because of this as i was told connection will take place now and then,i kept on waiting for them but no one comes.please help me out because i suffered lots of problems due to this service provider which is not giving me connection even after taking money
