Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a Reliance data card in December-2010."9390888729".
This connection was working fine till 6months,Later after 6months the same connection was disconnected with out my knowledge.
When i enquired about this contact centre people informed that i need to resubmit the documents after 6months of usage for which I have informed them that i dont have to resubmit the documents again, please collect them from the same place where i have submitted while the issuance of connection,Which is Reliance Web World,Panjagutta,Hyderabad.

I have a question for you sir/Madam,Is there any service provider who provide the connection with out proper documentation recieved or verification?Even though i have submitted all the documents while taking the connection they have come back to me stating i need to resubmit the documents again that too after 6months of usage.

Surprisingly i have recieved a call today after almost 8months from Delhi Reliance legal team saying i need to pay 2500 at relaince outlet with in a half hour or 15000 in court and face the court for this non payment of Bill which is completely incorrect.

My Data card monthly rental was rs.878/- even though they didn't provide me the service they are asking me to make payment of amount 2500/- as my bill.I dont understand from where this 2500/- amount has come and also i dont understand why i should pay this bill when the service has been disconnected by Relaince itself.

Request you to please look in to this and provide me a resolution on the same as soon as possible.

Further to the above mentioned issue,
I got a call on 26th Decemeber from Mumbai Reliance Head Quarters stating they are calling me in regards with the connection which was disconnected from their end and they also informed me that they cannot reactivate my connection.I Updated that im least interested anymore in using the service of reliance.
For which i also asked them to provide me a No due or clearence certificate for my reference.For which the lady named sunita who called me from number 02230388366 promised me that she will get back to me with the clearence letter details with in 72 Hours of time.Its been more than 2 weeks,i didnt get any revert or call from reliance team.
I request you to kindly look in to this issue on priority and help me positively in resolving this issue as i need the clearence letter ASAP from reliance as i am no where due to them.
