Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a Reliance data card ."7498584946".

This connection is not working properly from purchase date to till date. approx from one year i am using this service in one year i have made so many complaint to customer care and also in reliance outlet named : Devine Cell Phones Pvt. Ltd.(Malad - East) , but no one considered this matter seriously i am paying regularly my dues instead of not receiving proper service because i am was in hope that one day i will get good service but it was a waste of time.

from last two month they have not deducted discount of Rs.250/- which was explained by Devine Cell Phones Pvt. Ltd.'s Sales Person but that sales person was not informed me about expiry of Discounting period at all and also reliance customer care does not informed me the same before charging me full amount... i am very upset and finally i am going to terminate my account because there is no proper service and total loss of customers time and money.

Request you to please look in to this matter
