Hi,

I am using reliance netconnect broadband. I have purchased a modem of 3000/- for the same.
Initially I was getting a good speed. But from last 1 month I am getting the speed such as 1.2 kbps and most of the time the speed is 0.00 kbps and I was not at all able to surf the internet in last whole month. I need to work from home lot of times and due to this reliance issue I am facing a lot of problems.

The reliance people are claiming that they will provide the speed of 3.1 MBPS. That is a real cheating.


I have called the customer care 4-5 times in last month and they kept saying that issue will get resolved in 2-3 days..but the issue didn't resolve at all. Even some of my friends in Pune also facing the same issue with Reliance.

Now, reliance executive is calling me and asking me to pay the bill of 485 rs even when I was not able to use surf the internet for single minute due to this issue. and they are saying that they will not be solve the issue until I pay the bill. This is ridiculous. Why should I pay the bill if I was not able to use the service for the whole month.

Please, let me know what actions can I take in such case.

i am rajinder dhiman and i purchase netconnect from vriti infocom pvt limited noida on 3rd june 2010 and mr ghansham told me that speed will be 100kbps but its speed only 1,2,3kbps speed.i feel shame on myself because its very poor speed..and he is not picking my phone when i call him...his no is 9654181072 and office phone is 01204087632.and discnt my phone after when i told him i am rajinder from chandigarh,,call discnt by him.....plzzz help me sir..i shall thankful to you....
