    Default Reliance 3G data card

I got a Reliance 3G post paid (5 GB unlimited plan on the 7th of Jan from Mumbai (it was working). I left for Gurgaon on the 8th of Jan and it has never worked since.

    Reasons:
    1) My address failed to be verified cause the wrong address was entered into the data base. After making 3 visits to the web store in Mumbai (made by my mother cause apparently nothing could be done from Gurgaon) the address was still never uppdated and hence my service was never activated.

2)After fighting with the people at the Mumbai web store they claimed to have activated my service, but it still never worked. When I called customer service they said you need to change some settings. However they did not know how to do the same on the Mac book.

    3) I managed to configure the settings on the Mac book (which were all correct and no change had to be made whats so ever) the service still did not work.

    4) Finally I decided to go to the Gurgaon web world and still could not help me with my issues.

Apart from the horrible service, there is no integration between the web world or the customer service. I basically had to pay RS. 1700 for the USB and I want it back. I mean thats the least I expect for not getting any service for 2 weeks and lets not forget the transportation cost and the time spent in totality trying to get this issue resolved.

    Hi,

feel free to contact me at 7838338509. Also, please do not bother contacting me if you all are not ready to give me a refund (Rs. 1700) for the USB stick. And yes I am ready to return it.

Also I don't have service and Reliance has the audacity to send me a bill for the month.

    Yes a very dissatisfied customer.
