We have been using Reliance 3G internet services since 8 months. From the very begining we subscribed to 2GB plan, valid for a months that costs Rs.749/- per month. We last recharged on 5th september and it was working fine with occasional bad connectivity. Yesterday, on 11th October we again recharged with Rs. 749/- and got a message from 52811 that the recharge was successful. But since then we couldn't connect to internet. Several calls to customer care didn't help. Even a visit to Reliance store was of no use. Then we were told that the plan has been withdrawn and since we recharged with the wrong amount, so nothing can be done. Our money will not be refunded. We neither recieved any intimation from Reliance nor the retailer from whom we got it recharged told us anything about the withdrawl of the plan before recharging. We feel cheated. To increase thr agony the customer care executives have been perfectly non-cooperative. Many times they kept our call on hold and then disconnected. None of them could provide proper information.
Through this forum I would like to request Reliance to atleast inform the customers about any change in broadband plan so that no one gets cheated like us. And secondly, please train the customer care executives so that they could be of some help to the customers.
