Dear sir
i was using Reliance broadband connection,i paid my all bills and dues. because i was tenant and i changed my residence and requested to reliance broadband to disconnect my broadband but nobody act. i have sent many email and i also have complaint number 154579331 but no action has been taken and their reply was that "it is not possible to disconnect you have to use it" .Reliance company still sending me email to not to cut connection but how it is possible. i am not living in this address an company is pressurizing me to pay bill. And now pvt recovery agents are talking abusing language on call.....................plz guide me
