I am having the broadband connection and I have given the request to close the connection on 10th Jan 2012 .My request number is “244547396904”
I want to close the connection and I have not received any call from your side. This is my final decision that I want to close it and I have mentioned this while giving the request.
After doing so many follow-up I am not getting any proper response. Why it is taking so much time if customer is saying that he does not want this service ?y why are it is taking so much time?
Who is going to pay the bill from 10th Jan to till date and the date you are going to close the connection.
Want immediate action ASAP.
