Hi,

This is venkat ,I got the reliance broad band connection with land line. They gave the internet connection without the landline instrument. I had registered the complaint so many times and still they didnt give the land line phone. And I have reigistered so many complaints and I am getting the message/mail saying that within 24 hours tghe issue willl be resolved.

But the issue has not yet resolved.Every time I contact reliance customer care, they are saying that sorry for the inconcineice and will be addressed within 24 hours, and not resolving the issue

No one can take the responsbility from their end, but they force me to pay the bill otherwise Relaince will take legal action.
