I am Swapnil Kulthe using Reliance Broadband combo plan 500kbps. My monthly fixed bill is Rs. 600/- plus service tax. I received bill in range of 650-670. But for September month I have received doubled bill Rs. 1245. The customer care executive said that this is advance bill for two months. And for what reason he was unable to tell. I was not satisfied with the answer.
