Dear Sir,

Being a reliance broad band user, i'm not satisfied with the services. for September month my bill amount was 492/- which i paid on 5.09.11 with receit no.UP/BB/LUKH/11-12/013032. yet to my surprise the bill is still not showing in their account. i have mailed many times with the receit number yet they have barred the services in the second week of september. after submitting the receit number they resume the services. but to my surprise again my services has been barred again for non-payment. i have again submitted but now the bill which has come to me showing the value of 1192/-.as i should have got the bill of 499/- combo plan for which i have been registered..
now i'm getting everyday call for the payment of both the month..
plz.. do the needful..
