    Default Reliance broadband connection customer Care support

    Hello,

    I am having broadband connection of Reliance since few years now. Few days back i opted for a change of plan from 75 kps speed to 300 kps speed, which i registered on call. i was assured that the changes will take place withing 2 days, but they didnt. When i called their customer care, i was told that changes had already been made and are reflecting in their database. Which was surprising because neither did i experience a higher speed nor my Relaince account showed the new plan. When i checked on the speedometer provided on reliance site, the speed was still the old one, which only means they havent changed the plan. But when i told them this, they agreed that i wasnt getting the required speed due to some problem and need to lodge a complain
    I have lodged the complain twice and on both times i was assured that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours, and both times i got a call from their engineer who didnt correct it. When i called them a third time, all i got was apologies, complain number and 24 hour assurance but dont have much hopes
    I stay at andheri-west, Mumbai..
    Pls suugest me some solution,

    Then i applied request No. 122989580 for waiver . so your consult Dpt. given reply that ........... I am not giving any waiver ........... because after 10th march 2010 no any complaint log.
    Now you tell me after termination .... Why are need complaint log. what are need . this is not fair.

    But you are all person saying that . ............................बिल भरना ही पड़ेगा .....................................

    इन्टरनेट चाहे एक दिन भी ना चला हो , उससे कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता है
    चाहे कितनी बार भी complaint क्यों ना करा रखी हो, उससे कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता है
    चाहे परेसान होकर terminate भी करा दिया हो, उससे कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता है

    then reliance giving waiver for this period , because consult team know that this connection was not worked any time .

    when I saw that connection has not working , so i given a termination request at that time.

    now problem has your bill. Why are Make bill this period ? plz. Tell Me.

    Thumbs down Experience on Reliance Net-connect

    Hello,

    I am using the reliance Net-connect from last 6 months.

    The service is not good. I have selected the monthly plan of 1200rs. But reliance fixed my Credit limit as 800rs. This is a stupid idea. The credit limit should be greater than the monthly rental. Due to this every month my connection will be deactivated because of exceeding the credit limit. I am facing this issue from 4 months. No proper support from reliance customer care. Reliance is very keen only selling the products; they will NEVER CARE after selling the products. Customer has to beg for each and every time.

    Reliance customer service is very very BAD.

    So friends, please do not buy reliance... Please go for TATA or BSNL. It is my suggestion/advice

    As I understand reliance is very good internet service provider, but on this service i am not happy at all, if some body are interested to support us , kindly advise us and do the needful.

    i m having a reliance netconnect broadband+ no. 9377802638.

    this connection i have obtained from surat office on 14th oct-2010,

    i were successfully logged the internet for initial 3 days...

    but since then i m unable to log-in.

    i have submitted all the documents to Reliance office, SURAT to Mr. Adarsh (con no.- 8000881007).

    despites the regular fallow-up he & his seniors unable to resume my broadband services(9377802638),

    they simply execuses it will be done today-or-tommarow, but already 14-16 days has been past.


    u are requested to resume the broadband services to my no by today itself otherwise i will return the card & p's refun all the money i paid to R-WORLD

    i bought broadband data card last thursday . i submitted all my proofs saturday. still i didnt get activation, didnt any proper response from the number tat i got from where i purchased.

    Try activating the connection ASAP.

    Good Day!

    I applied for reliance broadband connection before 12 days back through your executive and He took 750 rupees installation charge from me. On that day he said that the connection will be done within max 4 days. Due to problem He has not provided me the receipt on that day and he said that he will provide me the receipt next day. But no receipt was provided me till now. After 3 days one verification team from reliance had came to my hose and they verified and replied the connection will be done next day. But nothing has happened then I called to the executive who took money from me. He said that he is in contact with technician person as he is a friend of him and connection will be done tomorrow. Every day he replied the same thing"the connection will be done tomorrow". But nothing has happened till now. The I called to the person from reliance verification team and got my application NO.243078 or 243075 to escalate to customer care. I made a complain to customer care but I didn't get any update till now. Today I called to the executive person around 50 to 70 time but he is not lifting the phone and he has not give me the receipt yet.

    Being such a high firm like Reliance I don't except such negligence.
    Kindly help me to get my broadband connection or do my refund process of my money ASAP so that I will be very grateful to you.

    i m nimesh acharya my home land line num is 022 30824881 and broad band id 223644349024 i using net connection from last 2-3 years but not satisiffied with ur verry bad service i pay all yuour bill time to time but u don’t care ur customer after paid bill amount and i have ur land line phone connection it is verry verry bed service not working 10 to 15 days in month but line showing ok how it is possible u have any jadu . I have my mom she is cenior citizen she alone in home she cant use any cell phone she know land line oprate only
    but your land line major time not working if any incedent who is responsible for any loss your phone line is like road chhap land line like china product your customer dept calling for payment only not fore any service reliance braod band only collect money from customer only not provide better service for customer

    Hi all,

    On May 7th around 14:30 in the afternoon, i lost my broadband connection. I checked everything on my PC to ensure that there were no hassles from my end and then called up the customer care number. They assured me that my issue will be resolved within 24hours. To my surprise no one called or even bothered to know if the service was working again.

    From the past 3 days i have been constantly calling them asking them the reason, why the services are not active but they say they don't know and they have escalated the case to the higher authorities who will rectify the issue as soon as possible but no one calls and no one bothers, they say the technicians will only come if they feel a need for them to come.

    I am really disappointed with the kind of service reliance has provided as this has culminated in causing me suffering a lot of emotional and financial distress. If they do not resolve this issue in the next 2 days. I will have to excise my rights and lodge a formal complaint against them and then take this matter to the court if necessary.

    i have applied for broad band connection at 31-May-2011. that receipt
    cum acknowledgement of payment no. is 17800029226846. executive says
    your connection has been issued. but till date i didn't get the
    connetion. i have already call to 3033777. but executive didn't give me SL(complaint no.). they told me you'll be called within 24 hrs. but i didn't get any call. Please do it fast as soon as possible.

    My name is Sudeep Ravindran, my user id#272460973273. I work from my home in the night. I had registered the complaint#154610396 on 12/06/2011 at around 2 AM(in the night). The representative told me that the max time taken for resolving the problem would be 24 hours.Then I explained to the representative about the urgency of the situation and how important it was for me to be online on the weekend(specially this weekend). He told me that the complaint would be treated as high priority and it would resolved asap. But unfortunately it has not happened till now. EVEN AFTER THE 24 HOURS TURN AROUND TIME HAS PASSED. I have followed up on my complaint atleast 4 times yesterday. Every time I was assured that it would be resolved asap and my complaint is being treated as high priority. The call I made yesterday at around 12 pm the representative who talked to me that the status on the complaint said that the problem would be resolved by 02:20 pm yesterday. I eagerly waited on for it, but alas it did not happen. Then I called again and again. I finally got to speak to a supervisor named Manish. He told me he would make sure it would be resolved asap. Then I received a call from someone from Mumbai who said his name is Ajay and he is from the technical team. I again explained the situation to him and again he assured me that its a high priority complaint and he will resolve it. After that i have repeatedly talked to Reliance. I even got a call from your technician on the 13th saying it would take another 2-3 days as the problem is with the wire and he didnt have the wire in stock. Today again i talked to him and he says he doesn't know when he would have the wire in stock and till then he can do nothing.

    I have suffered losses in my business because I was not able to access the internet. I lost 2 of my clients to competition.

    If this is how Reliance treats high priority complaints then, I can only say that Reliance is totally and utterly incompetent. I was a happy customer with Reliance till this happened.

    As will be noticed from the record , the broadband service is down for long time. Service person visited three times . On 19 th June sevice person concludes that cable has to be changed but he does not find my broadband cable terminating at CISCO end ( Installed in the building by RELINCE). However on 21 st new team comes with the cable and locates the cable at CISCO end and fixes thw problem after 17 days . This standard of service is poor quality in terms of tracking & control for pending complaints. This will fall in the category of deficient service . Futher the Bill for the period includes the charges for days when broadband service is down. So much for fair dealing inspite of Reliance failure.

    1)verification canclleed without any proof because of reluctance of executiveand re verification request was not done until i reached your reliance care at ghaziabad vaishali.
    2)15 days they made me go round ,i am out of town and then server down.
    30after promising still not the papers were verified because your executive did not turn up.

    your team lead stop taking my calls and ths is the worst experience and i will share it with everyone.

    no reciept of money taken for net com.

    i am the user of Reliance broad band service.
    everybody thinks its name worth it is, but they all are wrong..
    it is totally worst service.. i am paying 900 rs. per month on unlimited plan.. but still my usage is not crossing up to 2GB.. coz its service is very bad... i took broad band connection, and i am using my net in local area and reliance tower is not comming properly, after few days message comes from reliance ur data spped up to 1x speed now enjoy surfing.. at that time i was very happ ki haas aab to use karne ko milega.. but no i was wrong.... it gives hardly 10 to 20kbps on broadband connection...
    even in this month its half of the month is going but due to worst of network in local area, my usage day is only two days and that is on 10 kbps speed... and i am paying 900 Rs. i am going to close this connection...
    i sujjest u all, please dont wast ur time and dont west ur money in reliance broadband or any of this thing...
    dont buy reliance...


    it is totally worst.....

    Dear Sir,
    I Purchase Reliance Broad Band Data card From Siddhi Sales Kolhapur at Last Month, The Dealer Told me its 10gb Free scheme & he is charge me 3000/- Rs also,
    From the day of Purchase of this data card is not start so i also call to Relience Executive at kolhapur but he cant attend me & pick up the call, When i went to recharge this data card then it found its no any free memory & till the date this is not working so its very bad siatuation in front of me In this Compansive market you peoples are doing all of this...
    So please look in to the matter & do needful.

    Default Reliance Broadband+ netconnect

    Hi

    I have purchased this Reliance date card three months back in april when i had to travel for work on a very urgent basis. Reliance promised their services to be across India. But still my data card did not work during my travel.
    So as a consumer I had asked Reliance to stop my services for time being.
    Its been two weeks now that im trying to restart my netconnection - as i have paid an amount of Rs. 2500 for buying the data card i will surely would not like to waste it.
    BUT AS IT IS RELIANCE till date my SERVICES ARE NOT ACTIVATED.
    i have received messages from reliance themselves that my card is activated but in reality it does not work.

    PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I have a life not time to waste on calls to customer care.

    Lastly, I wish to ask a very simple question, that how far is it justified that a customer be out of pocket for no mistake on her part. Had there been a credit card due on me for this much period would you have not slapped a hefty charge, under the garb of latest communication jargons? I only want my hard earn money to be returned to me.

    Default Reliance Broad Band: Fail to refund my money

    Hi Sir,

    I requested for Reliance net connection on 03/06/2011 , and one person name by Bhaskar from Reliance came and took Rs.1249 from me to give connection, after that they didn't respond for any of my calls. on one day he told me to speak with his manager ( Sunil ) and he assured me to give connection within 5 days and he was also failed and he was not picking my calls.

    After all this hectic episode .. one day he respond to me that they would refund my money .. but till this time i never get any info from them ..
    to whom ever i call they are trying to escape and cheating me .. this is the first time i experienced this kind of worst process ..

    Please help me to refund my money .. and i am strongly bilieving that your company reputation will go down soon with this cheating/lazy team ..
