Hello,
I am having broadband connection of Reliance since few years now. Few days back i opted for a change of plan from 75 kps speed to 300 kps speed, which i registered on call. i was assured that the changes will take place withing 2 days, but they didnt. When i called their customer care, i was told that changes had already been made and are reflecting in their database. Which was surprising because neither did i experience a higher speed nor my Relaince account showed the new plan. When i checked on the speedometer provided on reliance site, the speed was still the old one, which only means they havent changed the plan. But when i told them this, they agreed that i wasnt getting the required speed due to some problem and need to lodge a complain
I have lodged the complain twice and on both times i was assured that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours, and both times i got a call from their engineer who didnt correct it. When i called them a third time, all i got was apologies, complain number and 24 hour assurance but dont have much hopes

Pls suugest me some solution,
