    Question abot net connect+

    i am the costumer of reliance net connect +
    i bought a reliance net connect + modem
    with silver unlimited monthly plan at
    reliance world,
    parle point,
    surat.
    my name is vikas maurya
    my net connect + user id is 937693988
    first i paid my first bill as my first net connect + bill amount
    and i want to disconnect this modem.
    so, i said at reliance world for disconnect my reliance net connect + modem.
    reliance world said me that first you pay 830rs. for advance monthly rent and we disconnect your net connect + within 15 days.
    i paid 830rs. on this time.but they disconnected within 2 days
    my complaint is that,
    why are they paid from me 830rs for advance reliance net connect + monthly rent in disconnecting time?

    Hi,

    Yesterday I booked new broadband connection with 17800029267931 and rep told me that I will get connection with 24 hours his name is krishna (9912056505). When I called the representative for the status, he started talking rudely and told me to bear the loss for one day.. I think Reliance should take care of customers and remove these kind of reps.. This is the second experience with Reliance and it is always shitttt. Now i dont want to have connection and i also recommend others not to go for Reliance . Just guess,, starting itself is so worse then what will happen if i start using it.. it really sucks..

    Angry broadband installation request

    I have a serious grievance against Mr. Rajesh, who coordinates for new broadband connection, in sector-14, Reliance office. I had submitted advance rent and installation charges for new connection with complete documentation. For the last 15 days he has been misguiding me that it will be installed with lots of excuses like server problem, manpower shortage, blah blah... I am totally fed up of this attitude. This is not what is expected from a brand name like Reliance. Every evening I come early from office due to his assurance, "SIR! SURELY IT WILL BE INSTALLED TODAY". His today has not come yet.

    my self rajiv saxena ,i am using your reliance broad band (with wire) id 385732999293 ,last one & half month back net is not connected then on 26 july & 7 August ,resister a termination complain to your costomer care but still there no action from cc side.
    After facing lot of problem ,then i registered a complaint in nodal officer office Mr john Luthra on dated 10.08.2008 (com[plain no 158884340 & 158889589) but there is no action from NOfficer side ,
    Pl help and remove your system from my house.

    Default Wrong commitment by sales people at the time of placing order

    Dear All,

    This is to inform you that, I had applied for a reliance broadband connection, through a sales executive (Named: Nilesh: 9011535653), he collected the documents from me with the cheques issued by me on dated 6th August'11. At the time of receiving the cheque I ask him when the connection will get installed. As per him must be by Wednesday (means by 10th August'11), that time several time I told him give me fix date! That time only he calls up his install person and gives me a date of 12th August'11. I said okay, don't delay. When I called him up by 12th August in the morning he informs me that it will be done by 14th August by the morning 11am. I said okay. When 14th August came I called him in the morning he inform me that it will done by the afternoon maximum. I said okay. So for that reason I cancelled my all planning of Sunday. Then I even not received any calls by the afternoon, wait upto the evening, Then I again called him up, this time 3-4 time he even not able to pick up my calls or even not given me any reply also. Then I again called him up by the evening that time he picked up the call and inform me that the install person is not picking up the calls of him. So I ask for the number of the installer to call from my side! Installer (named: Amol: 9860081800), he picked up the call first time and inform me will set all the things by that night only, I said okay, I waited for him up 9:45PM. Again I called him up. He stopped picking up my calls twice. Again I called him by 10:15 PM around from my other number. This time he pick up calls and inform me "sir I got stuck in some other installation will definitely do your work by tomorrow morning! I said him okay but give me an appropriate time. He said 9AM. I said okay dear but make it before 10AM anyhow. He said okay that will be done be 9AM only. I said okay. Next day that means by 15th August, I stopped my other work to make the work done by the morning. Then 9AM, 10AM 11AM, he didn't came or even not inform me anything. I called him up at around 11.30AM to know the status. He didn't pick up my calls...after making calls 5-10 time he started to cancel my calls. That time again I called up to that sales executive (Nilesh) this time he picked up the phone, I told him just to make sure and let me know when can it be possible to fix up the line?..He said will call me back by next 30mins after discussing with the installation person. I said okay. Then again I waited for his call upto afternoon, cancel my all 15th August plan for the same, but I not received any calls from him, then I again call him up by the afternoon around 2:30PM. Again this time he gave me a new time that by evening 6PM. That time also I said okay. Again in the evening neither I receive any calls for them nor did they come. Again I waited upto 7PM nothing new. So I called Nilesh by 7:15PM he stop receiving my calls also. This time I called him up 10-15 time 10-15mins gaps but not yet any reply. Its 10:30PM now I don’t have any other way except making a complaint of the same.
    It’s too much dear. A normal people can understand if he/she get to know the proper timing, but here these guys are hampering the schedule each and every time by give wrong commitments. Here I am suggesting to reliance, please make your employees trained to be a human first. They don’t have any right to hamper any body’s daily schedule. For their stupidity I cancelled my week end trip, but yet not received any positive result.
    Now I want to make them aware the value of time, and again I want a fix time and date of the installation. That’s might be after 5-10 days but must not like these.

    Default Reliance broadband data card

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY RELIANCE BROADBAND DATA CARD AND GET CHEATED LIKE ME. THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE.

    I posting this not because i expect any solution from Reliance braodband data card customer care......I have tried from door to door with Reliance---nothign happend. I took a connection datacard for 3.1Mbps speed. I am not even getting 50 kbps. If you call customer care they say--"Sir swith off the fire wall"....as if we dont know what happens when you swith off the fire wall. Another customer care guy says "Sir, after first month you will get 3.1Mbps speed." Reliance Liers!!!!

    I am posting this so that nobody else gets cheated like me and please beware of the false advertisement Reliance broadband data card guys are giving.

    Angry Reliance broadband network basically ..... sucks

    First, data rate is very low... never open a web page within 5 secs. BTW, I'm using a so called 2Mbps data plan.

    Second, they always stops service due to some ridiculous reason . Last time , I found out there's no internet access and called to their customer care center. They say I didnot pay my bill. After double checking with my accountant and their bill handling people, it turned out that this is totally a lie. We've already paid the money and the reason of out of service is simply because their biliing server is down or some stupid internal communication problem!!! Faint .... The most f*** thing is that their customer care people still ask me to pay the bill when I called to them again trying to track on the same issue, even their billing person already admit his/her mistake.
    Unbelivable!

    Tonight, My router's light turn to red again (out of internet service) and again I just pay the bill 1week ago.....It's the 4th time in recent two months. I dont know what to say and I 'm totally despaired....

    Angry Reliance- bad, unmanaged managment, poor service

    I used reliance broadband, for some 6-7 months. was very upset with their poor service of network. i called Reliance & made a request to terminate the connection, the customer care executive aggreed, without any complaints, and hangup. Next month again recieved 1 bill , because they did not close my connection, i again called 1 person from reliance & asked him for closure, he terminated the connection, took balance amount of Rs.1000 from me & acknowledged the closure on behalf of Relianmce communication.. I again recieved a bill saying balance pending for my same connection, i went to reliance communication center & asked if connection is closed or not, they said connection is terminated but they themself do not knew who closed it & when. i asked them to give me detail, to which they replied, server is down. Till then their server is always down whenever i reach there for my same query.

    Red face Reliance broadband worst Service provider ever

    Hi,

    This is with regards to the broadband postpaid combo wire line King pack 549 connection taken for my home use, I'm seriously fed up with the service and feedback from Reliance.
    Not even one day the connection worked fine from day 1 the speed had an issue and the connection used to get disconnected every now and than, spoken to the customer care on 30337777 they've logged a complaint and was informed the same will be rectified in 24hrs, but its 2 months not even a call from reliance.
    I'm continuously following up with the reliance toll free ur executives are only giving reasons "sorry for the inconvenience caused" non of the engineers are responsible to act immediately to a complaint raised. In fact the main DLC is just on the terrace of my home which just comes through my window and has so much problem.
    I once again call up the customer care to know the status of my complaint the executive informs the entire software is down and have to call after a while this is an irresponsible attitude from reliance and I'm never gonna suggest Reliance service provider for any of my friends personally or officially.

    please note my case I'd given by your customer care executives.

    Hi,

    I recharged RELIANCE BROADBAND on 26/11/2011 for Rs 200. But I entered wrong number in the place of reliance net card. I entered Airtel number instead of Reliance no.After 15 mins, I received one message that recharge was failed. So I kindly request you to revert my amount to my Bank account itself.

    Default reliance broadband- bad customer care

    sir-
    i reside in pune, having rel broadband connection (id-327309902654). i have paid my oct bill of rs 606.00 on 10.11.2011 thru ICICI bank net banking - payment id no 267131572. they have disconnected my net since 11.11.2011 for non-payment of this bill. i have made several calls to cust care and given them details of the payment. my complain no is IVR11250856411. i have also sent a soft copy of the bank receipt to broadband@relianceda.com three times as directed by them. they later told me to submit a hard copy to reliance web store. but they refused to accept it and directed me to a maitenance dept in wanawadi which about 14 km from my house. the person there made fun of me saying that this is a maintenance dept. he directed me to a billing dept etc etc. this football kicking is still going on till today. what can i do???? can anybody help..??

    Default disconnection 4 times in a month

    is my phone number. i have faced disconnection 4 times in a month. in the month of december. every time it happened in the afternoons around 4 pm. and when i call and complaint at customer care they say it will take 24 hours and they fixed it on the next day as they said. but 4 times in a month is too much. what if this happens everyday. according to your rules it is ok. you fix within 24 hours. but even it the fourth time the response from customer care was normal. 24 hours, it means 4 days without connection in a month. and they still can take 24 hours if it happens to me again. i said to the customer care rep that i dont want the connection if they cant fix the problem right away. she was more than happy to hear that. she said call back asking for disconnection once the connection is up. quiet funny isnt it.
    you are providing us with a bad network and in the other hand your staff is humiliating the customer. is this how reliance communication provides internet connection. do you have any limits like disconnections in a month?
    every time this happens i lose a day's work
