Sir,

I have purchased netconnect connection at Reliance airoli franchise (shop no. 7&8, Mercury Tower, Airoli-Mulund Road, Sector 5, Airoli)
At the time of purchase I was offered a plan of Rs. 949/- with a discount of Rs. 250 per month for 12 months.

Now when received bill without discount of Rs.250/-. Regarding this issue I visited at airoli franchise, but I was totally disappointed about the service as they treated very arrogantly and made me feel ashamed of purchasing the connection.

They also refused to entertain my complaint and asked to do it with the customer care.
also i contact to nodel officer of reliance, he also not co-operate me for this issue.

due to this discount problem, my data card was disconnected. hence i loosed lot of my work.
and taken new connection for my daily work.

now that hsd device also not use for me, and i paid Rs. 2500/- for device.

So please take action against relaince broadband service.
