My name is Anupam Chopra ( user id:314773115381 ) and I purchased 1495 plan a month ago & gave Rs.1500 to the representative. I was told I will get free installation and Modem Free. Thereafter, I even got a verification call before installation that I will be on 1495 plan and will get free installation and modem.
Now I have received a bill of Rs.1866 ( Bill no. 100000119000635 ) and when I inquired Costumer care, they told me I am on 999 plan and I am charged for installation and modem.
I gave Reliance representatives the call (Who all sold me the plan) and they told it is customer care fault and you need not pay the bill but after 3 days when I asked them to give me a proof of that I need not pay the bill and it was there fault, they have stopped picking up my calls for last 10 days.
These are numbers of those representative and senior guys.

I am just too frustrated now as my internet will get disconnected in 2 days now ( Got a mail from reliance)
I want JUSTICE. I dont give a shit about the 1500 that I have lost, but I want to put these Fraud reliance guys behind Bars.
PS: out of the 45 days, 17 days internet was not working. Don't get Reliance Broadband.
