I am here to share my experience with reliance broadband. Few weeks ago I have made the biggest mistake ever to choose reliance services. I have been using Airtel's Broadband for more than 2 years without having any issues. But in the recent past one of the reliance sales person visited me and convinced me to choose reliance broadband.
He told me a plan that has the monthly rental of Rs. 399/- with unlimited download speed of 500 KBPS (I enquired about such plan to reliance customer care but the executive whom I talked to denied to give me any info about the retaintion plan. Later on the executive who visited me and convinced me to switch to reliance broadband handed me a written document regarding the same plan. I handed him a cheque of Rupees 600/- as installation charge and he promised me to install the connection within next 2 days.
Later on after 2 days when the time came to fulfill all the promises he made to me, I called him but he did not pick the call at first up for a few days. A few days later when I tried calling him from one different number, He picked up the call and denied to give me such plan by telling that his company recently closed that plan and it's not possible to get it now.
This happened last year on 24th December but until today neither he refunded my cheque nor he has given me the broadband connection. Now I am feeling so stupid to make a mistake by choosing reliance worse service that I have ever experienced. Whenever I call the customer care or nodal officer, all they do is just escalate the issue to their rapid local sales team and tells me to wait 72 working hours, which I already did more than 5 times but nothing happened.
Hence, I advice everyone never do a mistake by choosing reliance services as they have the worse service ever!
