This is to bring to your notice that I've made request for connection
shifting for above number on Monday 23rd Aug 2010. And that time Reliance's Customer Service Executive told me that connection will shift within 5 days. This was the
last word which told by Reliance customer service executive on the same day(and I've the recording of that conversation). Now still my
connections not shifted to my new address which is 803, Shivalik
building, Opp. Bank of Baroda, Panchvati, Ahmadabad. And I’ve also
mentioning that I’m not shifting my connection to different city or
different area of my city, I’ve requested to shift my all four
connection to 8th floor of my building. I mean currently this is
working on 3rd floor and I want to shift it to 8th floor.and I don’t
want to change my billing address. I think that’s not big hard work.
But, still my connection is working on 3rd floor, at the time of
requesting I clearly mentioned that I want this shifting on SAT it means
28th of Aug. but now it’s 6th of Sep. Finally reliance send one technical guy to shift my connection now that time he told me that i can shift only two connection cause you are using only two connections, since I'm paying bill for 4 connections from last 2 yrs. but still he was saying that you are using only two connections and i can shift only two connections.
Now problem is that on reliance broadband connection we having static IP address which is allow by our client, that means we can access our clients computer only though that ip address which is 124.125.171.34 but due to shifting they disconnect my that two connections, on 30th I've made one complain that if you can't shifting my connection meanwhile please active our disconnected connections( comp no: 135818127, 135818922) for that we can get in touch to our client. and once again for that complain we didn't get any support from reliance, that time they committed that we will active your connection in next 24 hours but not i think 5 days gone, and we are still there from we were start.
Due to Internet not working we are loosing our business, so finally we dissident to write this problem to you, may be you are help us. and take the action against service provider like this ( Reliance Communication).
