Hi,
I am having lots of problem with Reliance Netconnect Broadband service. Recently i wanted to migrate my service from Post paid to Pre-paid and have given the request on 24th July 2010 in Vijaynagar Bangalore Reliance World center.
I have been told that the service will be activated in 7 days and during this period i shouldn't use the data card. I followed their instructions promptly and i have checked with the Customer care regarding the same whether the requested service is changed to Pre-paid but they have mentioned that it is not changed yet and visit the Reliance World center again and ask them to raise the request. I had followed the steps and went back to the outlet with the request and the person had informed me that it will be activated in couple of days.
But the things did't change and i had to call up the Customer care and i spoke to person called "Ramya" and she had told it will be activated in 2 days. But the saga continued when i had called to Customer care again and spoke to a person called "Gita" and this time they had started a new story saying that i am having some pending bill of 200+ which i have to pay and it will be activated only then, but i have clarified that i have made all the outstanding payment on the day when the request was raised (24th July 2010) but she was very reluctant to take my words, when i had foot down and told her that i will not pay any money as this was not my fault and this has to taken care by them.
After hour's long discussion finally she had told me that the things will be resolved but you need to visit again the Reliance World outlet and place the complaint again which i followed with patience and the person their had mentioned that it will be activated next day. But the things didn't change and i have contacted Customer Care and the lady wanted me again to go to their store which is a painful and have told them that this will not work and will raise the complaint against them in consumer court/forum.
My data card number is: 9379982468
My request id: 132735880
I request some one from your team will help to resolve the problem.
In hope,
Vishnu
