Hi,
I am herewith giving complain on reliance broadband netconnect team. the details are as below: 1) I had given a complaint on 21-04-10 about very slow in browsing internet 2) Reliance gave a reply saying that it will be rectified as soon as possible. 3) But, no one rectified the issue. So i again gave a complaint on 28-04-10 4) since then I have not got any reply or no one has rectified the issue. 5) My reliance broadband stopped working totally. 6) I again gave a complaint on 03-05-10. 7) I stopped paying monthly rental as my internet was not working. 8) Reliance started calling me and asking for payment every week. I told them that my internet was not working, so i am not going to pay the amount till it get rectified. 9) But still it is not rectified. So, I decided to give a complain to Consumer forum. Pls treat this as my complaint against Reliance Communications. I got my Reliance Netconnect Broadband + recharged on 26 August, 2011 from that day i'm facing problem in getting connected to internet.
I registered complaint they responded and got the solution but after 2 days today again it shows no connection and shows a message that " the remote computer did not respond to make sure that the server can be reached ping..." i want u to please resolve my problem as earliest possible Name:Ashish Bhati Contact No.:9460554592 My Data Card No.:9352538625 Email Id:ashishbhati97@yahoo.in |
