I booked Reliance broadband connection from reliance (area, Tingre Nagar, Pune). the reliance person, took the payment and came for survey but then after wards nobody picks my phone. i also complained to nodal office but from there i am getting no response.
they have taken my money now no one picks phone and send reply to my email.
Please suggest/help.

Thanks a lot RCom care for taking your time in this. i am reachable at 9890847336. this will be helpful as no one is looking into this. even the nodal officers.
can someone tell who to contact if nodal officer does not react.
