Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My name is abhijit sharma and I stay at Malad, mumbai. I am using RELIANCE BROADBAND PLUS since last around 2 years and in mumbai, I have been using it since last 7 months. since last 3-4 months there is a huge network problem and the problem persists 24 hours. I have complained about this thousand times in their customer care and everytime they make some excuse. Many a times they said that there is some technical problem in malad and everytime they say that it will be sorted out soon. Everytime when I call, they provide a new date for the problem to be sorted out but since last 3-4 months they are providing very poor service where there is no signal at all. and also their service executives think that customer is a fool as everytime they make a new excuse.
I even tried to contact their nodal officer named Mr tilak chatterjee but it seems that he is overburdened with work and is all the time busy and never comes on call.
I have lodged n number of complaints but of no use. I want to know that if they can not provide service which they claim why they charge customers for such services. I have purchased broadband connection and in two years I have experienced broadband connectivity only a few times.Here, I want to lodge a formal complaint against the officials responsible for this.
