I have problem in my connection from 27/11/11 on that day Onwards I have facing Lot of problems in my connection so i called customer Care for 8 Times from that day onwards they told your Problem will be solved in Max 24 hrs..But nobody is responding me..Same Problem occurred Before this month also they take a 12 days to Resolve My complaint.last Problem is a Small problem but the customer care executives didn't responds me...So i've facing a lot of mental pressure from this month only...And then i received a call from reliance payment section they told ur NOVEMBER month BILL is Rs.570 Why did i want to pay for not working Days are 7/11/11 to 16/11/11...U know something i called Reliance Customer for totally 30 times for this month only..and the customer care executives cheaters are so rude talking to me NAME called Ravi..So m facing a lot of mental pressure So I want to File a complaint against RELIANCE BROADBAND and those who are talking to me from the customer care executives from that day onwards....
