    Angry Reliance Broadband - the worst service and the great cheaters

    Hi,

    We have got the reliance connection installed on 6th May, 2010 at Tingre Nagar, Pune. The connection didnt work right from the 2nd day. We got the bill of Rs. 656 the 2nd day itself for the last month (April) though we had not availed that facility. We were afterwards told that the bill is generated every 8th day of the month. Itsnt a complete loot. Then for the whole month Reliance connection hardly worked.
    The reliance customer care doesnt respond after multiple calls. I am suprised that how reliance do have customers. We request other sufferers to please join us and lets take a strict action against Reliance Broadband service. We need a compensation against the mental torture we went through for the last 1 and a half month.

    I have been approached by reliance broadband executive and gave me a nice plan in which i got convenced by the price which they vary from Tataindicom broadband Charges (1mbps for Rs.1800/month). Same plan offered by them at Rs.1099/month. On looking the price, i have told them to install the service. But luckily i haven't kept termination for tataindicom broadband connection, i have seen reviews regarding reliance broadband service online. So i thought to check their connectivity and customer service support for 2 days. Its being really a nightmare. Having 1mbps speed, i used to get hardly 80kbps to 100 kbps download speed which is totally vary from tataindicom broadband downloading speed of 180 - 300 kbps.

    They have also told that we can multiple systems can be used through lan. Which is really a big bluff, atlast i have understand that it was an trick by an executive who just wanted to reach his marketing targets to reach incentive.

    IDIOTIC PEOPLE, IDIOTIC MANAGEMENT ALWAYS CARES FOR MONEY ... NOT FOR SERVICE NOR CUSTOMERS....

    So i have applied for termination of my account after getting experience just for 2 days.

    Don't believe promises made by executives........................................ ....................

    i also faced same prblem but some day i got anil ambani e-mail address by personal resources.and i sent him a mail in very clear words how much i was angry with him.and i got solution with in 24 hours.
    so note down his email id n say him his real value what is.

    Default poor customer service reliance broad band bangalore cmh road

    hi public,

    i am just sharing my experience(very bad)with reliance broad band executives from cmh road office bangalore.
    reliance executive Mr eshwar(from bellari)promised me of getting broad band connectivity(with in 7 days) when he took 500 rupees, now 15 days over and no one is reachable and mr Eshwar as switched off is mobile.(9731987157)

    After few days(12/4/2011) i tried reaching customer care(bcoz my money) in CMH road Mob no:09742616636.Mr Udhay
    customer care executive attended the call,who is unfit to be customer care executive,he informed they are
    refunding my money ,i was shocked to listen that,after me trying to reach them i am getting a message
    that it is processed for refund.Mr Uday customer care executive just cut the call when i was talking to him.(trust me i was not shouting at him,still he was not able to answer me(training required).

    i have been waiting for past 15 days and no one tried reaching me .Now when i tried to reach them,they
    are telling me it will be processed for refund.e
    i am not shore i will be able to reach them to get my refund.

    very bad service,i suggest no one to go for reliance broad band service in HAL OR CMH ROAD

    Default worst service

    i shobhit, using reliance broadband service since four months. the service was quite good in first month but when second month started and i download some films , my net speed certainly came to zero. then customer care told me tat i used my max limit of 5 gb. it was not mentioned when i purchased broadband, i was shocked that i took unlimited plan and how it convert in to limited.
    since that month always my speed has been degraded to almost zero, even tat just after two day of my billing date, customer care always say different thing on calling.
    guys i m going to surrender this service as i have not much time to keep my self busy in this thing.
