This call is from Ramnad.

We are using a Broadband connection of Reliance, which does not working atleast 5 to 10 time in a month. Know this month for last 10 day connection was not there.

We checked with

1) Local Delar / Distributer (That, he is unable to resolve, unresposible to us, unliteral words and comments, etc)
2) Customer care (Take the complies and they themself colse it with out knowing it was solve or not)

We can keep adding the companies service is giving many bad service to us...., but these has to be taken to TRAI, Government of India, much more to solve the issue of customer or the people of india not to have such a bad service to pain the public. since they can be come in to market after resolving such issue with care. comply with the quality and satisfied services to us.
