I'm T.R.Praneeth kumar studing B.tech.My native place is Kurnool dist in Andhra pradesh.I'm a costumer of reliance GSM with mobile number 9014955395.On 28-08-2010 at 10.47 pm an amount of 10RS has been deduced from my mobile unnecessarily.I called costumer care at the same time but it was busy.Later i called again on 29-08-2010 morning.The employee told me that i've accepted a telemarketing call at that time.But i didnt got any call or sms at that time.He said that he will disconnect that offer and i got the confirmation message.Eariler i subscribed to Free health tips for 15 days from company.After 15 days it was said that the offer is auto pack so that it will activate on its own.So i unsubscribed for the offer on 28-08-2010,i got the reply also.But on 02-09-2010 10 rs was again deduced in my phone for health tips.The company employee told me that previously the offer was not disconnected and he will do that but he is helpless on refunding my balance.So you please consider my request and make my balace of 20RS come again.I can provide the necessary details and sms from reliance if asked please save common people from the auto activated packs of reliance sir.Thanking you for considering me
