Respected Sir,
I had asked for the cancellation of Reliance data card services for Data Card #
9391419802 on date 24 Dec 2011 ( over a month ago )
There were no action been taken,Then I my self called up customer care they asked me to pay the pro data charges or Rs 833/- which I paid, even then no action is taken, I myself kept on calling the customer care and writing them, but no action on closing it,
This is horrible experience I am having to get a connection close even after paying the pro data charges, and now when I try to speak them they are saying that I may need to pay one more bill because request/services is not closed yet and I am not using the data card at all ... This is very frustrating !!!
Please do help on this regard.
