To whom so it may consern,
i purchased Reliance Broad band Connection my card number is 9324182977. since day one i dont get proper speed. Max speed i have been geting is 185 KBPS. & i have been asking tecnical visit at my place & whwn ever i call reliance sipport they keep telling me that some one will be contacting you in 1 day but no one does.
i got my first bill & problem still exist so please if you juys can help us .

As reliance beeing such a big company plays this way its not professional they should atleast give product which has value for money.
