Dear sir,
My name is Mohammed.Jafar,Age 40 years working in State Bank of India as Assistant Manager in RASMECCC & SARC,Kakinada,Andhra Pradesh.
I have purchased a reliance Datacard modem for internet connection worth of Rs 3500/- at the outlet of Reliance communication, Kakinada, for using the internet services with in the city limits of Kakinada.
Recently our ofiice has been shifted to another new location on 24.04.2010 where the signals of netconnect are not available.I had lodged a complaint vide complaint No-125079139 dated 27.04.10 regarding connectivity issue,but till date it is not resolved.
Meanwhile i requested them (Customer Care centre through Email) not to generate any monthly bills till the problem gets resolved. and also request them to refund my initial deposit of Rs 3500/- due to non providing the connectivity at my office premises, and give a opportunity to me to go and avail for another internet services with that money. But they are not considering my request and advise me there is no option to waive the monthly bills and refund the initial deposit which is charged for the modem
Please consider my request as above genuenly.
