I had purchased Reliance Interconnect datacard on the 15th January 2010, but the card has not functioned properly AT ALL since the first day.Have made umpteen calls to the retail outlet and the Reliance customer care, but still the card has not been replaced with a new one.

The Reliance card is 9350896906.

Can someone do something about getting me the new replacement, since it has not worked satisfactorily since day1.The customer care guys do not give the name or the number of their seniors, in order to move the complaint gto the higher authorities.
