    Default Reliance/Internet Pack

    I had asked a retailer selling Sim Cards & Recharge facility near Marine Lines station to recharge my mobile account (Reliance Communcation) for 2G Internet Pack. He charged me Rs. 101/- instead of Rs. 99/-. This package is valid for 2G connection for 30 days and the usage available is 2048MB. However after some time (approx 2 hrs.) I got the message from Reliance Communication that my account is recharged with Rs. 96/- for 3G internet pack which is available only for 7 days with 100MB usage only. Retailer excused that he has properly recharged my account as per instruction given by the Customer Care Executive of Reliance and he was not in fault. I complained at Reliance helpline number from which I got reply that the fault was of the retailer and not from the Reliance side. Even they refused to convert the plan from 3G to 2G or Talktime. I was informed (by both reliance and retailer) money can not be refunded and I will have to use the facility whichever I got though there was no mistake from my side. Such reply is totally unjustifiable to me.
    I request you to take necessary action against either Retailer or Reliance in the above mater.

    One time I also had a problem with the retailer had ask him to recharge for the net of Rs 100 but what he did he had recharge my number for any other SMS scheme and when I asked him that you not recharge my no. for the internet else I got some SMS scheme so he said I am not responsible for it I can't hep you.

    Angry Reliance Broadband

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am using Reliance broadband connection since 16/08/2011 my reliance ID No. is 358358158142. I am suffering Reliance Connection since 03/09/2011 i had complaint in costumer care in 03/09/2011 for My net not working that time costumer care engineer say your Detail not update in my server so i am not able solved your problem you give me your alternate no. i forward mail your request in my superior authority and he will touch with you 72 hours and you wait.

    I call again 72 hours my problem not short out that time and costumer care say same. ok i agreed.


    after that i call 15-20 times in costumer care 4-5 i talk to supervisor of costumer care & 2 time call to Nodal Officer Lucknow but no reply anywhere.

    today 18/02/2012 I write in consumer court forum.


    i am very harrashed now in Reliance Services pl. help
