I had asked a retailer selling Sim Cards & Recharge facility near Marine Lines station to recharge my mobile account (Reliance Communcation) for 2G Internet Pack. He charged me Rs. 101/- instead of Rs. 99/-. This package is valid for 2G connection for 30 days and the usage available is 2048MB. However after some time (approx 2 hrs.) I got the message from Reliance Communication that my account is recharged with Rs. 96/- for 3G internet pack which is available only for 7 days with 100MB usage only. Retailer excused that he has properly recharged my account as per instruction given by the Customer Care Executive of Reliance and he was not in fault. I complained at Reliance helpline number from which I got reply that the fault was of the retailer and not from the Reliance side. Even they refused to convert the plan from 3G to 2G or Talktime. I was informed (by both reliance and retailer) money can not be refunded and I will have to use the facility whichever I got though there was no mistake from my side. Such reply is totally unjustifiable to me.
I request you to take necessary action against either Retailer or Reliance in the above mater.
