Dear Sir

I am having a reliance netconnect Rel No.9387336651 and I have asked to disconnect the same , and as per their request I have paid the last month bill too even though I haven't used the netconnect and till now they haven't disconnected my net and they are saying some stupid reasons like software problem , server down and all.... I have visited 3 to 4 times to reliance outlet for disconnecting my net but till now they haven't disconnected and now they are asking for balance payment till date for disconnecting.Please note that I had approached reliance outlet on last month for disconnection purpose and it is not because of my fault the new amount generated , So i am not going to pay the bill .Kindly look into the matter.
