complaint against reliance net connect
sir,
this in regards to reliance net connection we have applied for in name of MR PRAMOD JOSHI net connection of reliance broadband - tariffplan was-Broadband+ 512 MB monthly rental-Rs. 499/- on 7august2010 to the reliance sales person mr azhar his ph no-09310299459. he has taken the three month rental from us . we had given him chq of rs-1500 and the chq got cleard on 13/08/10. the sales guy promised that the day the chq get cleared the internet connection will be installed in our home bt all the promises are not fulfilled yet. several times we have called up customer care of reliance netconnect (180030007777), the customer care people DONT TAKE THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND EVEN dont give us the complaint no, they said someone will get back in touch wid us in this regards in 24 hours but no one bother to call us even once from reliance. today i had word wid miss tejal - she repeated the same story. we contacted sales person mr azhar also he is also not ready to reply properly.. we are facing the lots of problem due to non availibility of net , the purpose for which we had given req for net connection is about to get over .. i want the strict action to be taken against reliance net connect and our problem to be resolved as soon as possible.

I.Mr Ketan Arun parab had received a huge bill for not using that much MBs in my usage ..i several times had complaint for disconnection of my Net connect..but still in this month i had received the other bill..and that is again for not using the net.....First i had requested to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid but its had not been processed further bcz your service is not proper...if for using i can agree to pay my bill but if i had not used that so i am not going to pay it..so then i requested to disconnnect my connection before 2 months .but still that also they had not processed .....and they are sending & sending the bills continously....so pls i request you again to diconnect bcz i am not able to pay the charges which not belongs to me..and lateron if the connection is not disconnected then i am not responsible for that.
