    Angry Reliance Net Connect complaint

    I am Chinni Krishna Murthy Babu (Reliance Netconnect #9393781665), I lodge the complain to your customer service executives many times, to activate Rs 500/- plan (gt5BrdBnd8GDy15GN00 ) from 22-11-2011 onwards.because, i selected Rs.500/- plan on 16-11-2011, before billing date 22-11-2011. but your executive (Mr. ARJUN) is not yet done his job properly. so its not my problem as per Reliance instructions I seleted plan before billing date.

    finally, the plan (Rs,1100/-) has been selected automatically which is not selected by me. so I am not lieable person to pay this bill.

    I GOT CALL FROM RELIANCE FROM 040-32476718

    if you generate the bill (month of 21-12-2011) Rs.500/- then i will pay and continue the business with you. other wise not. I dont pay single rupee more than Rs500/-. looks like this is IRRESPONSIBLE and NEGLIGENCE , DUE TO THIS ISSUE I DIPRESSED AND STREESED LOT.

    Till Nov21,2011, I am in advance rental plan only (Brdband10GB4MADV1500), I addressed this many times to your customer care executives,but they generated the bill Rs.272/- (22-10-2011 to 21-11-2011) for this, immediatly I called customer care executive (VASUDHA, Req# 167919803) and informed, on 15Dec2011. she told that it is going to waiver and she asked appologies as well for this inconvinenace. so far it is not waivered.

    Please help and FIX this issue and cancel my plan, due to unhappy services.

    Default Receiving Bill and calls after termination of services

    Dear Sir,

    ISSUE NO. 1:
    I have terminated my Net Connect (Reliance No.: 7489535094, Relationship No.: 500001359992). I have completed all the legal formalities like submission of termination form and application along with balance payment dues. Still I am getting monthly bill for the same and so many calls for bill payment and when I use to complaint about this to local office at indore, they says that, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused by us", but again the same things happens.

    ISSUE NO. 2:
    Another issue is, I have purchased 3G dongle (Reliance No.: 8817266143, Relationship No.: 200041906649). For which I went to sapna sangeet reliance local office for the termination process but the executive setting on desk asked me to go at navlakha office Indore, when I went to navlakha office they said, "U have purchased it from Sapna sangeeta branch please go there and submit the application". I don't have time for this stupid activities happening with customer, and I don't want to be a part of it. I have requested customer care to terminate this number but still after 2 months I am receiving the bills and calls from the customer care. Now I am not going to pay any amount whether they send me legal notice or bills. Please look into this matter and do the needful as earliest as you can.

    It is not yet been fixed. still i am getting calls from reliance. please look into this issue and let me know the update.
