Hi,

I had purchased reliance net connect + in Jan 2010 but have never received the speed (3.1 Mbps) as claimed by the company. Initially, signal reception was ok but from past 3-4 months it has become worse. I lodged the complaint many times but no action has been taken by the company.

Now to my surprise, when i called the Customer care, the official told me clearly that there is no coverage in my residential area. When i told her that i am not interested in continuing the service she offered me waiver of 100-200 Rs monthly on my bill. In a sense, its a kind of bargaining .

I would like to know how can i get my money back and can i take any legal action against the company ? If yes, how should i proceed?
