I had bought a reliance net connect from Pune(Maharashtra) a year back. I was using it regularly in Pune but then shifted to Bangalore(Karnataka) in Februaury. Since then I was not using the net connect.

3 weeks back on 17th Sept 011, I went to a local shopkeeper to recharge my net connect. Then I didn't know that there was different recharge vouchers for different states. I asked the shopkeeper to recharge it with the unlimited plan of Rs 1000 which is a recharge voucher in Karnataka. When I checked with my net connect I found that recharge did not happen because it was a wrong recharge. I went to the recharge shop next day and found it closed since it was a Sunday. On Monday the shopkeeper told me that he can't help me after 24 hrs of recharge and asked me to call customer care. I called them up and asked about the recharge made and how it can be refunded back to me. They told me to visit the nearest reliance web world. Since I am working I went there in the evening next day and asked them to refund the money. They checked in their account and told me that the recharge has not been made to my data card. I called the customer care again and told them the problem and asked them for a solution. They said they can't do anything from there side. I asked them to raise a complain with my details, since I didn't have the transaction ID which was with the shopkeeper. They told me to wait till 3 days for anything to happen.

After 3 days when i called them up I was told that my request has been closed since I didn't provide any transaction ID. Meanwhile I had retrieved the transaction ID from the shopkeeper, so I told the customer care guy to raise a complain again with the transaction ID. Again I was told to wait for 3 days for their reply. After 3 more days when I called them up they told me that my complain was again closed because their systems didn't show any recharge details to my data card. I again raised a complain and was asked to wait for 3 more days for their reply. Three days later they told me that only if the shopkeeper called the number *399 and told them about the problem we are facing they we will revert the money back to the shopkeeper's account. I told the shopkeeper the same. He called but then more than 7 days had passed and the person on the phone told me that after 7 days have passed they can't check my data and asked me to call *333. The shopkeeper had a dummy phone through which he could not place a call to that number.

Then the customer care person gave me the email Id of their nodal officer. I sent a complaint mail to the nodal officer but received no response from him either and I have waited for more than a week after calling the nodal office in bangalore. And after waiting for so many days the nodal executive gave me some respite saying that the amount will be refunded back to me in 24hrs. But even after 24hrs, no action was taken. So then I called the nodal office again and now I am being told that they cannot do anything.

Now I am in stuck in a deadlock, with my money being with Reliance Communications. The shopkeeper says he cannot help me, even the customer care guys say that they can't do anything from their side. It has been testing weeks for me with all the mental harassment I am facing since that day. I have provided each and every detail to the every customer care person i spoken to. Since I am working I can't give any time for this during the day and after the whole tiring day of work I go through all this ordeal for 1-2 hrs everyday trying to resolve the problem. I don't have any patience left in me now to talk to any other customer care guys explaining them each and every detail again and again daily.

In the meantime I was in urgent need of Internet connection, so I have purchased internet services from another service provider. Since I have bought data card from another service provider, I am not looking forward to receive any benefits from Reliance Comm for my recharge, instead I would want my money to be refunded back to me.

Kindly help me with above issue.
