This is just to inform you that I am going to file a case in consumer Court, needed to ask in who’s name the complaint should be filed?
I am Erina Malviya, just one month ago I purchased data card of Reliance, Data card no. is 8595492829, it is an unlimited 3 months advance rental plan. My main question is, what is your exact procedure – Entering Wrong information of Customer, Giving wrong information to the customer, Harassing the customer, False Commitment to the customer. Is this all your procedure or way of work.
First your business development executive told that the plan is of 10GB maximum speed & then 256kbps for rest usage, after purchasing the data card when I called customer care they told me that the plan is just for 5GB maximum speed and 144kbps for rest and what I am getting no speed at all. When I made complaint for it, without resolving the issue the complaint is closed.
I called customer care centre again for the Netconnect speed, agent misbehaved with me, he even didn’t knew how to behave with a lady. He did not even resolved my issue saying your data card is not registered with us (the data card is still not registered). Next day when I called again the agent said she will send an engineer to fix the issue but till date no one came to resolve this issue. I am still facing the same issue.
This month I received an online bill, as I opted for a hard copy of the bill so they send it online. And it is an advance rental plan for unlimited subscription for 3 months I got the bill of Rs. 83 to be paid. When I contacted the chat agent he placed a complaint for it and he said that it will waved off and will reflect in next bill. Every time something happens they have a same sentence to say “due to some technical issue this happened”.
Last and the worst in my bill my name is written as Nirina Malviya, & it should be as Erina Malviya. In my every document it is written as Erina Malviya even my E - mail address is erina.malviya@gmail.com, then please let me know don’t you match all the documents before updating them in your records. And if you verify all the documents then why my name is written wrong in the records? Again I called customer care, agent told me that I have to submit my Identity proof and address proof at Reliance World and have to make an urgent request they will update my name within 4 to 24 hrs. When I visited Reliance World agent Nisha said it will take 7 working days to get it updated. I needed to submit the bill to my office as an address proof on Monday 19th Dec 2011. Now tell me when it is a mistake from your then side why should I suffer? It is your responsibility to correct it. Now you will say about procedure, so please let me know what is your exact procedure as all your procedure I have mentioned in the start of this letter.
Please reply me before 19th dec as it is urgent.
