Angry Reliance Netconnect

Hi All,

I paid my bill of reliance netconnect through AVRS ( by phone) first time. After that they cut my connection and I contacted to customer care then he told me that you have not paid the last bill. You have to pay full bill with the fine for the activitation of your connection and later we reduce that extra amount in the next months bill. In next month I found that they have not reduced that amount so again I contacted with Customer care then this time he told me you have to submit the bank details in our web world through that you paid this amount. After that I submitted the bank statement and bill of that month MG road, reliance web world, pune.

You can't believe that two months is completed and in the mean time I visited 5 times there. Every time they are telling that concern person is not here, I sent your request, you can go now I will call you in the next week. They always took my mobile number but never called me a single time. Then I have his number and trying to reach they are not responding.

I found that Reliance service is worsed in the our country.

Default Reliance wifi internet connection

Dear Sir,
I am the customer of reliance wifi internet connection for last 3 years and having 3 conections. During March 2010 i complaint about disconnect one of my net connection but by my clerical mistake they disconnected another one. Any how I told them to shift my connection to jalal baba nagar to Kishan bagh. Ist week of May i received a massage from Sr manager that address has been shifted but within 2 days technician will visit the place and instrument will be shifted to new address. But till now no one attend the complaint and today they send the massage that they are disconnecting the internet facilities.
