I used to use Reliance Netconnect data card. Due to poor signal in my area (Pimple Saudagar, Pune) I asked them to cancel the service and I have paid the remaining outstanding payment (Rs. 270 /-) in the month of June/July 2011. But again the next month they send me the false bill to pay. I contacted the web world (near Aundh, Pune)for this issue but they were behaving very badly and asked me to contact with their Pune head. I called their Pune head and discussed this issue, she told me not worry and said all false bills will be cleared and the service is closed and she will send a mail for this. But after that I have not got any mail from them. And again they send me the bill to pay. Now I told the customer care that I have paid all bills but they are saying they don't have any record for this and I have to pay.
I am very frustrated and mentally disturb by RELIANCE company behavior. Please help me. All the time they call me to pay the false bills. If it continues I will be mentally sick and the RELIANCE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.
