Dear sir,
Myself Mandeep Singh from Lucknow purchased Reliance Net Connect Broadband+ on June 3 2010. From the first day itself I am having problem that it shows 0% signal strength and doesn't connect and I am not able to use it. I lodged the complaint for the same at customer care and they solved this complaint after 10 days (against promise of 48 hrs.) and finally I got 100% signals. But now again from yesterday I am having that same problem. I really don't know what to do. Also the people at customer care speak very rudely and doesn't listen to my problems. I think a very strict action should be taken against them. This Broadband is nothing more than a headache. Please so something for this. Also I strongly advice you people not to purchase this device. Thanks for your help in advance. |

Unfortunately, the connection was not done properly. Firstly, when your reliance people used non-original CD for installation, the system, along with our computer, got corrupted. After some days, when again the Reliance representative came and tried with a similar type of CD, the same thing happened again while we had got the computer repaired after the first incident. For the second time also we had to get the computer repaired again. Third time it was installed from the original CD. But the user name and password were given by your represtative at the first trial, who did not hand it over to us, so till date we are unable to run the internet. From that time, it is near about more than two months have been passed and no one has visited to our place to set the things right, which restricted us to consume the service we are billed for. And till date, we are still not allowed from your end to enjoy the service for a single moment. But your rent collection team is forcing us to pay the rentals which is due in their books since last three months. We are completely alligned to their line of thinking and ready to start paying for the same from the day we start enjoy the internet service. We are eagerly awaiting your kind intervention to sought this problem out which has been instrumented between two of your departments, only apart from the fact that the bill has been generated on our name and we are yet to enjoy the service though the bills are of three monthd old.
