I purchased a reliance datacard from connect india on Jan 6th. after a few days, my net stopped. When I tried to call them, they gave me reliance customer service number. Upon calling reliance CS, they told me the dongle needed to be replaced. and the vendor from whom I purchased it will replace it. I called up CI again... they kept hanging up on me. I sent smses, no response. Even when I got through, they refused to talk, saying we are busy, in a meeting, will call back etc etc.
I went to relinace world in Galleria, Gurgaon. After waiting for 2 hrs, the executive told me, services are suspended because my forms were not submitted by connect india. When I said how is that my fault? They are your vendors, selling your products... I was told to go to connect india's office and get my forms. I left my dongle there... because it is NOT my job to do so. When the vendor has taken responsibility for my application, then it is their job. Why does Reliance have such shoddy vendors and why do they say it is not our problem. Connect India is selling RELIANCE products. Obviously, they have an understanding.
