Reliance Netconnect Data Card,

Sub:- This Post is regarding to file charges and complained again Reliance Netconnect Data Card for mental harassing me.

I am Using Reliance Netconnect Data Card post paid connection 9323196284 for Internet usage purpose, from almost last 1 year .

But since Feb 2010 I have suffered lot and mentally harnessed by Reliance Netconnect Data Card.

Below I have listed all my problems and complained ,
1) Reliance Netconnect is charging me wrongly for Feb, March, and April months of 2010 year.

2) Since Feb 2010 I have raised many request for wrongly charges
(Request ID's for wrongly charged: 121648046, 123347988, 123980721, 124468356, 126083711)

3) Each time Reliance have closed all request, by saying that they have charged me correctly, even without showing any appropriate proof in front of me, for those charges. As per them I have accessed or downgraded Data from site ( Welcome to Reliance Communications ) but they have never shown me any proof or logs that shows that I have ever access that site.

6) Maximum time duration to resolve these requests is 2 days, But they always missed there dead lines. On an average they took 15 days per request, to close it.

7) Since Feb 2010 I am calling Reliance Netconnect, almost daily on there toll free number 180030005555, twice a day. Each time the call duration would be around 1 hour, that means on daily bases, almost I spend 2 hours to know about the status of my request and to escalate the issue.

8) Many times I went to Reliance webworld ( reliance outlet) to raise request or to know about the status of raised request.

Now after reading above problems you can understand that, so far how much Reliance Netconnect has mentally harnessed me.

Still I have some hope so I am sending this mail to consumercourtforum.
