    Default Reliance netconnect+ datacard

    i was buy new reliance netconnect+ datacard on 1st Aug at price of Rs.2800 with 3 months advance rental postpaid plan. its got activated on 7th Aug. after 9 days on 16th auguest its got suspended due to document problem. i ask webworld regarding that then they said u have to submit new form & document bcz your signature mismatched. so i submit new one on 18th Aug. after that i conitue followup daily to reliance customer care & nodel officer till 5th oct but it didn't started. they daily telling wait for 24 hours. After that on 5th oct i goes to Surat, do journy 400km for submit document. i submitted document in Varrachha road surat webworld, yesterday i got same feedback like my signature is missmatched.

    i am really frusted due to this problem. my data card is not working from last 22days. i paid 3 months advance rental. i complain in nodal authority 5 times. daily i calling to cc but no resolution. My data card number is 9377943394.

    i seen rcomcare reply in morning but now reply also deleted! Why?

    Yesterday reliance excutive contacted me & give surity for starting datacard in asap but 24 hour gone. No response from their team.

    Everyday they gives me time. Anybody please help me.

    hi,
    still no response from their side. I am mentally disturbed due to this.

    can anybody tell me how can i register case againest reliance in consumer court. Please tell me the procedure. I am from gujarat. Please give me solution for this.

    Thumbs down Reliance cheats their customers

    I purchased Reliance Netconnect+, within 4 days they barred the service saying signature mismatch and some junk reasons.
    Shouldn't they verify docs before getting the money?
    Am I getting any loan or credit card from them?
    I have paid 1500Rs for the device for which they wont provide the service. Complete waste!!!

    from last 6 days you are working on this. no proper resolution from your side. very poor service. you must have to take money after activating service. i had paid 3months after that you giving foolish reasons
