Unhappy Reliance netconnect have cheated me and are playing with me now

I have taken a reliance netconnect broadband+. It doesnot work at all and they do not have the date by which it will be fixed. I have raiesd 100 complains and they are just charging me rental and keep asking me for money.
I had taken this high spped connection to stay in touch with my wife who is in abroad. But its of no use to me.
Had I taken a 256kbps plan with unlimited download I would have got for half the ammount I am paying now and the speed would have been far better. I am not even getting 3kbps speed with this connection.

1. I am facing the network congestion problem since the day I have taken this connection.

2. On an average I am getting a speed of 3KBPS as against 3.1MBPS promised while taking the connection.

3. You do not have any update when the congestion problem will be resolved.

4. While taking the connection the demo device was working absolutely fine. The guys were aware that this area is in congestion and I will have problems. But they did not bother to inform me and sold me the device which is of no use to me. So the money I have invested in the device is a complete waste for me.

Still they are asking me to pay the money. A few lines to them:

"I am not liable to pay till the problem is resolved.

As stated again and again I am not supposed to pay for something which is of no use to me.

Instead you should pay me compensation for the time I waste due to your congestion.

It is taking 5 hours to do the work which I could do in 15 mins if the speed had been good.

So I should be paid for the pain I take for 5 hours. And the charge is 1000 per day.

Because of this poor speed I am under severe mental stress."

"If I am not getting the speed I have been promised while taking the connection then I should not be obliged to pay the amount I have promised. If the connection is of no use to me then why should I pay. I will only pay after I get the promised speed. I hope this clarifies your doubt. So ask your manager( higher authority) to take a call on this and revet to me.

If there was congestion why your representative did not tell me that while taking the connection.

You have congestion and its your problem not mine right. Why should I pay for your problem and coz of your inability to fix it."
