Dear Concern,
I have submited the Plan change requets to Reliance Netconnect .

As per company policy the plan change get effective from next bill cycle .

So my billing cycle date is 09 of ever month.
I request plan chnage on 14 sep 2011

So my plan should get changed from 09/10/2011 but it is not done .

When I talk with customer care executive they replied as because of so miss understnding by there Executive my plan change requets got canceled .

They are least bother to inform me about the same.

Now they are not ready to change the plan .
Please suggest how can I sew them ...........................
