This is Kashif Ahmed ,live in Bangalore Karnataka.
Few days ago I applied for Reliance Net Connect datacard 3 months advance rental and the promised speed was 3 MBPS..But I never got more than 30 kbps and also there are frequent disconnetons.When I raised the issue with Reliance NetConnect supoort team they delegated to technical team and they informed me that Koramangala is congestion area and might be resolved by Nov 30th 2011.
1.This was not informed by Reliance executive while taking the connection .He cheated me
2.I have visited the Reliance world centre in Forum(koramangala bangalore) from where i purchased the connection for a refund and he smiled and told me refund "NOT POSSIBLE"
Also i have registered a complaint for worst broadband speeds in my area:

Everytime they are saying fwded to concerned department but not even single reply mail/call from them.
I want to take it back on Relinace Netconenct and want to compalint in severe way.
