Please go through the sequence of emails to realize what I have been going through to get my matter resolved and nothing has happened. I wanted my connection to be shifted to a different address through external shifting and feasibilty was also there. Nobody from the shifting team contacted me. When I tried to cancell there was Retention Team trying to call me back, when explained the matter, the matter got forwarded to their so called "CONCERNED DEPARTMENT" or "RAPID RESOLUTION TEAM" which never gets back to have connection shifted and have got billed as well.for the coming month of Jan 2012 i.e from 19th Jan 2012 to 18 Feb 2012. They have advance billing cycle. I have snet emails to their Nodal Officer and so called Appellate authority but only got automated responses over email.
Dear Mr. Manmohan Saini/Mr. Anil Kalia
Despite my repeated requests to have my connections shifted to which no one pays any heed. I keep getting calls from your Retention Team to know as to why I am cancelling the account.
I never wanted to cancell the account and wanted my connection shifted as explained below in great detail. I still have to explain the customer service personnel everytime about what has been happening since 19th December 2011. I had a word with Daulat (Customer Care Team - Navi Mumbai) today as of 30th Jan 2012 and he told me that I had raised a request for External Shifting of my internet connection and then on 23rd Dec 2011 it got changed to Internal Shifting to a different room in the same house where I am currenntly residing.
When I verified as mentioned below my current address and my future address, he accepted his mistake. The Customer Care Team is not reading the notes properly and is just looking to end the call quickly. In the meantime, I want to inform you that my cancellation request that I had placed on 15th Jan 2012, nothing happened in that regard as well. I have got billed for the billing cycle of 19th Jan 2012 to 18th Feb 2012 as you have advance billing cycle. (bill copy attached)
There is no way I am going to honour this bill and if this account does get forwarded to collections. I would make sure punitive actions would be taken in this regard. I will be challenging this bill tooth and nail at any forum and would be disputing it strongly.
I am sending al this as chain email sequence and would make sure that a copy of this is also sent to Consumer Court Forum where customers like cannot be duped like the way I have been duped and got billed for services that have yet not been utilized or shifted as expected in the time duration and manner.
Hoping for live human being's reply on this email and not an automated response.
An Aggrieved and Harrased Customer
Samardeep Singh.

Subject: Reliance Wimax Connection Shifting Concerns!!! SHABBY, INSENSITIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CASUAL AND LAX CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Date: Thu, 26 Jan 2012 01:24:42 +0530
Dear Mr. Manmohan Saini/Mr. Anil Kalia
My name is Samardeep Singh. My User Id is 5000000032823. I would request you to go through the email below before going through this one. I had raised a request to have my connection shifted from my current address which is as follows:- WZ - 609, Street no - 22, Shivnagar, Jailroad, New Delhi - 110058. My new address is WZ - 120, Street No - 6, Shivnagar, Jailroad, New Delhi - 110058.
I had raised a request last year on 19th Dec 2011 to have my connection shifted. The request was raised and I was given a Request No 168229812. There was no confirmatatory SMS from the same. This I am saying because whenever a request no is generated, I get a SMS on my registered Mobile No - 98xxxxxxx1. I called and followed up again on 20th Dec 2011 and got another Request No 168559634. I got a confirmatory SMS as of 25th Dec 2011 stating that feasibility has been conducted on my new address and for the pincode and address submitted internet feasilbilty is there. I followed up again with customer service team on the Tel No - 01130337777. They informed me that the concerned team has been informed and then the shifting team would take over.
There were follow up attempts made from Reliance Follow Up Team from the Tel No - +912230384848 on 26th Dec 2011. I was not able to answer calls. Any request for callbacks to be made at certain time was ignored. I work from 9 AM to 7 PM. Nobody used to contact me after 7 PM. The Team was following up on my mobile phone during my work hours. I even gave my Home No and my Father's Mobile No and told the customer service team when I was following up the following day. I informed them that my father has been briefed about the same and how I am trying to get this connection shifted and they obliged. No attempts to contact them were made. I was appraoched at odd hours and somehow I was able to answer the call. I am undergoing On the Job Training in my company however I still answered the call at my own expense and risk. I got the same tired response from the follow up team that the concerned team would follow up and give me the schedule of the Shifting Team. I do not understand who is the "Concerned Department or Team"??? I also wonder if they have any contact details. I also want to have the Shifting Team's Tel no as well. When I asked the customer service about the same, they were at loss of words and kept on repeating like a tape recorder. I understand that there is a software that is used to notate and document the account and requests are sent to different departments but if repeated request are resulting in nothing then what is Reliance Customer Care's PLAN B???
I was fed up of this turnmoil that eventually I decided to cancell the services all togather and called up customer service and got a Cancellation Request No for the same which is 17027453 as of 15th Jan 2012. I got some follow up calls regarding the same asking as to why I was cancelling the service. Once explained they gave the same answer that they would forward the details to the "CONCERNED DEPARTMENT ONCE AGAIN". I told them I would not be honouring any bill for this bill cycle from Dec 2011 onwards. I am not using the internet that much. I just want to get my internet connection tranferred but it is becoming increasingly difficult given the situation.
I want my connection shifted and this matter speedily resolved. I would have it physically uninstalled myself once I relocate to my new address in due course of time. I would not honour any bills and would definitely not appreciate any Collection Calls concerning the same. If so then, following steps would be enforced which are as follows:-
1. I would publish this email and all the recorded conversations on popular blog sites, search engines explaining in great detail with all contact details for Reliance Communications, as to the frustrating and mentally harassing experience I have had with your customer care team. I would make sure everbody sits up and takes notice of your company's unprofessional attitude and lax approach.
2. I would also approach Consumer Court Forum (Inndependent Body) in addition, NCDRC (NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION) Under Consumer Protection Act 1986 to file claims for deficiency in service extended to customer in contract. I would also approach Consumer Ombudsman regarding them same (if applicable).
Please contact me. My Contact Details are as follows:-NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION

Subject: Reliance Wimax Connection Shifting Concerns!!!
Date: Mon, 2 Jan 2012 21:15:55 +0530
Sir/Madam
My name is Samardeep Singh. I am currently a high value Reliance Broadnet Service User. My User ID is 5000000032823. I had raised a request to get my connection manually shifted from my old address to my new address. My Request No for the same is 168559634. I got a confirmatory SMS from Reliance Cust Care that feasibility is present in the new area. I have already submitted my old and new address. I have not heard from the Technical Support Team despite repeated requests. This has resulted in me not being able to get my price plan chaged from WIFX279HX:1536 which is a 1.5 mbps plan to 600 kbps plan. The Request No for that is 169140406. Please get this matter escalated and resolved ASAP. I am not even using internet that much yet I would have to be billed when the intial request has been raised more than 10 days back.
Regards
Samardeep Singh.
