I had booked for new broadband wimax connection, the sales guy "CHETAN" asusual called me seeing my request registered online and i took connection by giving 2000 rs, 500 rs for installation+ 1500 rs as prepayment for 1st month charge, the tariff was 600kbps and unlimited data download and installation was done promptly within 4 days as he promised i was happy to see there response but my happiness ended after 10 days when i got to see the internet connection was not there, when i called up the customer care i was shocked to listen that i have not paid net charges due to that they have disconnected the connection I explained the person that i have paid then also i dnt understand why this happened. Then i called up the cheater sales person chetan to check what was the wrong he told me that something should be wrong and he told he will check with backend people and let me know then he got the connection enabled somehow. This repeated again after few more days and same process happened again he got the connection back, when it happened for 4th time i called him and asked then he told me one big story saying his colleague has made payment to other account and that person is not available. After that he promised to get an dynamic ip connection. Now its more than a 15 days he is not receiving my calls. If i call form other number he will just say i am busy i will get back to u and cut the call. I dont know how the reputed reliance company keep these type of cheaters in the company.
