Hi Reliance Wireless Broadband,
We had taken a broadband connection from reliance which is wireless broadband,
the problem is with the connection we get only 10 to 15 min of connection and later the net is disconnected.. tried and tired of contacting reliance customer care for the resolution but didn't help.. As we have a cyber cafe it is understood that customer walk in for browsing and there would be no connection. first time we contacted customer care they told that the problem is with the computer but the computer was changed updated, and later they told to change the cable that was also done.. but still the problem remains... we had taken the connection 45 days ago and we have called customer care a lot some of the compliant nos. are as follows

and lastly on 31.01.12 we spoke to Mr Linson who could not help us as we were on call for atleast 10 to 15 min could not help and stated that a technician named vinod kumar has visited us but the truth is no one visited our shop, as we insisted to speak to his supervisor he told that his supervisor was busy and would schedule a call back in 1 hr.. but there was no callback from the supervisor (Mr Manoj), and later we called the customer care once again and later a Representative put us through to a person called Sajan.. but the conversation was not fruitful.. any time we callup they ask for 24 hrs time but still there is no proper connection to stablize the business.
So I urge that someone from Reliance to take initiative on this matter and get back to us ASAP...
At first we were very exited about reliance connection but now it seems like we are losing hopes from this company...
