Hi,
I had registered Tikona Net on 16 Sep 2011 for Rs-1100/-. But after 12-15 days means from 28 Sep 2011 net connection was disconnected due to Modem problem. So I requested CC to check it but after 1 week not action took place. So I request to disconnect Tikona Net Service for that I got following request Id:1-1977116587 but still it is not disconnected and not received any call for payment return.
Please do the it ASAP otherwise I need to compliant against Tikona Service at Consumer court.
