Hi,
I would like to register compliant against Airtel BROADBAND SERVICE!!!!! I wanted to move my connection to new location and called them on 23 July 2011....however there was no response/ updated from airtel for about a month on calling them back I was informed that due to their system updates they have lost allthe information I ended up providing the information again on August 18th 2011 and called back after 15 days as there was no update again. I was informed that technician could not locate my new address- it was mentioned incorrect , NO MY Question IS WHY DID THE Technician NOT CALL ME OR WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM AIRTEL FOR VERIFYING MY NEW ADDRESS!!! ...I got my address corrected and was informed that i will be provided the services within next 20-21 days at the max...to my surprise there was no call/ information from airtel AGAIN ..on calling back I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to provide me services as there is no PORT AVAILABLE !!.. THIS Was SUCH A PATHETIC Experience AND THE WORST PART Was UPONWRITTING MAILS TO THIER NODAL/Applete Officers THERE WERE NO/Delay RESPONSES!!!! Now I have started getting calls from AIRTEL WHERE THEY are asking FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!! WHY should I MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THEM FOR THIER FAILUR!!! THEY couldn’t PROVIDE ME THE Services and THERE WERE NO RESPONSE. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP FOR MY OWN Services!! I GOT A CALL From RaHUL Today from, phone no 011-435552081..where he is been demanding for money and I asked him to provide me his email address to send him emails I have received from AIRTEL NODAl/APPLETE OFFICERS FOR NOT Providing ME services. ALL HE PROVIDED Was AIRTEL Website AND NO EMAIL ADDRESSSS!! I WOULD LIKE TO CHALLENGE AIRTEL AND WOULD GO FURTHER TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL IF I RECIEVE ANY SUCH CALL FROM AIRTEL AGAIN!!!
